-ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Jewelry with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange or repair within 30 days but must be in good condition. Gems are not covered under this 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. All pieces are sold individually unless otherwise stated.

-Piercing clients must be 18 and over and all clients must present valid identification.

-We do not pierce with outside jewelry. We will not insert outside jewelry into clients unless we have proof it came from reputable companies.

-Piercings on minors can be performed on a case by case basis. The piercer will make the final decision after meeting the parties in question. Minors must be accompanied by legal guardian and all parties must have valid identification with matching surnames.

-No piercings for children under 7. Earlobes only on anyone 7-13, ear cartilage on clients 13+, eyebrow, nostril and navel piercings on clients 16+.

-NO ORAL, NIPPLE, SURFACE, OR GENITAL PIERCINGS ON ANYONE UNDER 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.

-The piercer has the right to refuse to pierce any client for any reason. The store reserves the right to refuse any service to any customer for any reason. 

-NO DISCOUNTS OR DEALS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
